By using Portfolio Pro you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Portfolio Pro lets you create and publish a professional portfolio for a one-time fee of 1.500 KWD per portfolio.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret.
- One account per person. Do not share your account.
- Information you provide must be accurate and current.
Your content
- You retain full ownership of content you publish.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your portfolio while the service is active.
- You may not publish unlawful, offensive, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Payment
- Fee: 1.500 KWD per portfolio, charged once at the time of publish.
- Payments are processed by MyFatoorah; their terms apply to the transaction.
- Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
